Peter Luethi, President

Peter Luethi is Co-Founder and Executive of Dreamjet SAS d/b/a La Compagnie, the French boutique, all business class airline.

In 2014 he created ASI LLC, a consulting company based in the USA to serve the international aviation industry in different fields.

During the period 2003 to 2006 he managed, as COO for Jet Airways, India's premier airline, where he oversaw the company's growth from a successful domestic carrier to a highly respected international airline.

The foundation of his expertise in the aviation industry was formed by 35 years of experience spent developing one of Europe's best known airlines, Swissair. Marketing, Sales, Operation and leading the airlines international Government and Industry Relations Division and as member of the topExecutive Management of the airline form the backbone of his knowledge of the aviation industry.

Col. Subir Ahluwalia, Vice President

Subir Ahluwalia, an Indian Army veteran, was the South India head of Carlson Wagonlit Travel from 1995. Relocating in 2002 as Senior GM, Marketing & Services with Jet Airways, he was instrumental in the takeover of Air Sahara and its conversion to JetLite. Thereafter he was closely involved in the Skills Training projects of the Indian Government. He represented Vaughn College, the renowned aviation technology institution, from 2012 to conduct aviation related post graduate degrees in a joint venture with Dublin University and the Indian Ministry of Civil Aviation. He is a Senior Advisor with a boutique Indian university of aviation related education since 2015.

Davor Frank, Vice President

Since 1985, Davor Frank had been directly supporting the executive management team at Swissair in all airport related matters, including the preparation and presentation of infrastructure requests. His tasks and responsibilities in this area continued on with SWISS, working directly with the executive management.

Davor has represented both of these airlines in governmental and parliamentary groups, dealing with airport matters and working closely with Switzerland’s Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) and various local governments.

He is a longstanding member of various IATA Airport Consultative Committees, and has been closely involved with the building of several high-profile airports, including 10+ years spent on the new Munich airport, and similar consulting work for Seoul, Osaka, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore, Athens, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin, Milano’s Malpensa, Rome, Warsaw, Cairo, Johannesburg, New York’s JFK, and Terminal 5 at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport. He has an in-depth working knowledge of more than 120 airports around the globe.

Henk Guitjens, Vice President

Henk Guitjens has more than 45 years’ experience with sales, marketing in the aviation industry. He was with Martinair for 25-years as the VP & General Manager NA, and converted an ethnic charter carrier to a scheduled carrier when the Netherlands signed the first open skies agreement with the USA in September 1992. Henk also was the CMO for JFKIAT LLC, a division of Schiphol USA, Inc., building Terminal 4, which opened in May 2001. Presently Henk is a Director for Aviation Development for Global Elite/Securitas, one of the leading security corporations in the world.

Henk has a proven track record for establishing new operations and directing efforts that generate new customers and business. His comprehensive knowledge of the industry and his vast network has helped him make the best of international opportunities and regulatory environments.

David M. Tait OBE, Vice President

With over 40 years in aviation, David worked closely with Sir Freddie Laker at Laker Airways in Canada and the US. He was teamed up with Richard Branson to become one of the first employees of then nascent Virgin Atlantic. As EVP David spent the next 20 years in NYC, building the carrier from one B747 to a fleet of 32 and $4.5B in revenues. After Virgin, David was CEO of a startup Vary Light Jet before moving to Air Canada in Montreal as SVP, Customer Service. David recently spent 2 years as Executive Chairman at Flair Airlines Canada, where he led the carrier's transition from all charter to a ULCC. A best-selling author and award-winning columnist, David describes himself as a branding and marketing guy who is obsessive about customer service and believes, "Your product is always your people."
